SOUL OF DARKNESS

‌Somewhere deep in my weird delusions I discovered my self lost in a place, all dark and directionless. The place where the darkness even had its own glow and a roaring silence. The silence which seemed to be the result of many ignored screams and emotions.I was standing there all alone and trying to see beyond that deadly darkness.But the darkness was more intense than my assumptions as if it would prison me for all those sins and blunders I have ever done.  

As I moved forward I found myself in a darkened street and I could hear loud echoes from a unknown.And my heart grew restless.As my beats got faster the voice got closer and closer.Now I could feel a presence and I sensed a chilled breath of a unknown being in front of my shivering body. That was a mysteriously darkened soul. May be the gloomy soul of darkness  was there to submerge my soul in it's duskieness.My soul which is full of remorse and fresh wounds. That silent pain of mine was roaring to get out of the suffocating  cave. The pain which was in search of freedom and love. 

That darkened soul was standing firmly in front of me and when I looked at his eyes, they were calm as the leaves in the frost.All I could see in those fearless eyes, was peace and there were no traces of pain, chaos and insecurity.

And suddenly his shadowy hands held me strongly and dragged me to the suffocating darkness.My body got freezed and face became pale. My thinking got blocked as if my end was near and that darkened being was guiding me to the death.But suddenly he paused and pointed towards something.There was a little ray of light coming from some distance.The soul of darkness was not there to scare me but to show me the way out.It was there not to fight with me but to ignite me like an embered coal.That darkness was purposed to relieve my grey soul from all chaos and pains. That holy soul was not meant to harm me but he was the savior. He was my guardian angel.

People say " DARKNESS CANNOT DRIVE OUT DARKNESS,ONLY LIGHT CAN".But what if the same darkness takes away all your agony and sufferings, and all you get in return is peace. So Darkness is not always meant to cage us sometimes it is destined to save us like an Angel from the actual darkness which exist in the broad daylight.And at that time darkness becomes the place where the chaos and peace fall in love with each other.

Truly Yours

  The days after you were gone I woke up with a void in my chest, I walked with an emptiness in my soul, And the butterflies in my stomach had died a painful death, A shattered puzzle with missing pieces,I guess. The brighter the sun started to shine,the heavier the void became. Me and The monster

  I used to ask people, If they’ve seen any monster. To my utter delight, I always got varieties of answers. Some said,It hides under my bed, As the colour of the sky changes from blue to black, It gets stronger and stronger. Some said,it follows me in the darkness, When I switch off the light in my room, It extends its muscular hands to choke me down. Some said, It’s swinging in the huge banyan tree at the backyard of my house, With the arrival of winter evenings, It gets thirstier for fresh scarlett blood. Some even said, It haunts kids,who don’t like to eat vegetables, and skip their lunch.
