A SACRED LOVE
In 2018,the supreme court of India decriminalised homosexuality by declaring section 377 of Indian penal code. Despite those legal movements in favor of LGBT rights, there remains a significant amount of homophobia in our population, objecting the LGBT rights. That's why most LGBT people in India remain closeted, fearing discrimination from their families, who might find this shameful. Google says 'LOVE' is a complex set of emotions, behaviours and beliefs associated with strong feelings of affection, protectiveness, warmth and respect for another person. Is there any mention about the Gender? No. So why are we defining love on the basis of Gender, race, religion and sexuality? Here I present a piece of my writing which is something I felt about those sacred loves which are closeted by the cheap mentality of our society.
